Job Description:
Are you an experienced Conveyancer who is looking to join a firm that can guarantee job security, market leading salaries, guaranteed bonuses and huge and transparent progression opportunities, alongside a down to earth environment?
Are you also keen to step away from client contact and move into a position where you won’t be dealing directly with customers and clients – instead you will manage a caseload of Separate Representation and Equity Release matters where you are acting solely for the Lender.

This is a rare opportunity with one of the largest direct conveyancers in the UK which has been providing its services for an incredibly long time and is backed by a leading provider, guaranteeing that it is here to stay. Through covid and periods of recession, it has never been forced to make redundancies due to the constant and guaranteed stream of work it receives on a monthly basis.
Previous experience in dealing with Equity Release is essential to be considered for this role.
Your role will include:
*Title checking in line with client lender’s requirements
*Checking mortgage offers and issuing the necessary mortgage documentation to the borrowers’ solicitors
*Liaising with Technical Advisors on complex matters
*Checking all necessary documentation is complete and satisfactory
*Checking pre-completion searches and ensuring pre-completion requirements are satisfied
*Handling the drawdown and release of funds
Despite the amount of work the firm receives, ensuring conveyancers have a manageable caseload is a key priority and you are guaranteed not be placed under pressure with unmanageable caseloads, which stay at a capped level. On offer is an outstanding and achievable bonus structure which provides a generous uplift to your basic salary.
Low staff attrition is paramount at this firm, with so many members of the team having been there for 10, 20 years+. This is achieves by offering training, support, progression and prioritising the wellbeing of staff.
This firm has been and continues to be at the forefront of the conveyancing market and, due to continue organic growth, is looking to hire into its Leeds team on a hybrid basis.
