We are looking for a flexible candidate who can work over weekends for a couple of hours and be able to do overtime during exceptionally busy periods.
This role offers hybrid working and flexible start times; however, you must hold a valid driving license and have access to your own vehicle due to the location.
DAY TO DAY
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
*Responding to customer queries about shipping, subscriptions, and products via email and live chat.
*Professionally handling complaints and resolving issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
*Using platforms like Shopify and Zendesk to manage customer interactions efficiently.
*Troubleshooting customer problems and delivering solutions with a positive, professional approach.
WHAT WE’D LOVE TO SEE
*Customer service expertise, with experience in handling queries, and complaints, and delivering excellent service.
*Strong communication skills, proficient in professional, clear written communication.
*Confident using customer service tools; experience with Shopify or Zendesk or similar platforms is desirable.
*Problem-solving ability, proactiveness, and resourcefulness when resolving issues.
*Available to work alternate weekends for a couple of hours and some bank holidays.
*You must live within a 45-minute drive of Westbury, Wiltshire.

This is a webchat/email-based customer service role; therefore, we are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail and written communication.
Location: Hybrid working with office-based days in Westbury, Wiltshire
Hours: Monday to Friday and every other weekend, including some bank holidays.
