We’re seeking an Assistant Management Accountant to support the Group Finance Officer and play a key role in their success. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with drive, energy, and ambition to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
*Assist with management accounts, moving to monthly reporting from April 2025.
*Manage inter-company reconciliations across a complex group of 30+ entities.
*Prepare workpapers, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis to enhance financial reporting.
*Handle payroll posting and reconciliations for group entities.
*Support the integration of acquired firms into central finance systems.
*Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and identifying efficiency gains.
*Take on additional finance-related tasks and projects as needed.
What You’ll Bring:
*12+ months in a similar role.
*AAT Level 4 or comparable qualification.
*Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
*A proactive, driven attitude and appetite to learn and embrace change.
