Our client is a leading Financial Planning business with offices across the South East & West of England. They provide an extensive range of financial and professional services to individuals, family trusts, professional intermediaries, charities, and businesses.
They are currently seeking to recruit for a Financial Planning Administration Team Manager to join their Chelmsford office. In this role, you will lead, motivate, and develop a team of five Financial Planning Administrators, ensuring operational excellence and delivering an exceptional client experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional passionate about leadership and talent development within the financial planning sector.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead and manage a team of Financial Planning Administrators based from the Chelmsford office.
*Collaborate with Financial Planners to ensure clients receive tailored support and achieve optimal outcomes.
*Uphold company guidelines and maintain compliance with all regulatory frameworks.
*Cultivate and strengthen client relationships through proactive engagement and exceptional service.
*Assess training requirements and implement strategies to support team development and growth.
*Drive a mindset of excellence and continuous improvement across the team and broader organisation.

*Solid experience in client administration within the Financial Planning industry.
*Proven ability to manage, mentor, and develop a team to deliver outstanding results.
*Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
*Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
