Job Title: Social Media Customer Service
Location: Leeds City Centre
Salary: £11.44 per hour
Contract: Temporary (3 months, with review)
Hours: Full-time and part-time roles available (5 out of 7 days per week, fixed shifts between 8am and 10pm)
About the Role:
We are excited to offer an opportunity to join the Social Media Team of a global supermarket leader. This is a temporary role with potential for review, providing an excellent chance to gain experience with a renowned company. Full training and support will be provided to ensure you can deliver exceptional service to customers via social media and email platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
*Handle customer complaints and queries on social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter, ensuring timely and professional resolution
*Respond to a high volume of customer emails, tailoring your approach to each individual
*Liaise with external PR and media agencies when required
*Effectively manage a ticket log system to track customer interactions
*Adapt to various customer needs while maintaining excellent service standards

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to learn quickly and remain composed under pressure
*A team-oriented mindset with the ability to share ideas and collaborate effectively
