Job Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Marketing Coordinator to join our expanding global and highly reputable company working in the independent automotive aftermarket.
We are looking for a talented, motivated and driven individual to join the team where you will support the Product, Pricing & Marketing Team for car, light-commercial and heavy commercial vehicle parts across our febi and Blue Print brands. This role will support the Assistant Product Marketing Manager in the delivery of the marketing strategy for all Product Marketing activities across the UK and Ireland on a Motor Factor and Workshop level including product campaign launches, trade media plans and email marketing.
Main Duties Include:
• Implementation of annual marketing plans for all product marketing related activities.
• To assist in the creation all relevant campaign material (for full & mini-campaigns) on required product lines including artwork design for adverts, presentations, flyers, posters and social media banners.
• To assist in the creation of email newsletters for both Motor Factor and Workshop audiences on all product related content and also targeted marketing campaigns.
• Customer marketing support including promotions and bespoke design work.
• To be the specific point of contact for all Truck and Irish marketing requests.
• To assist in the supply of content in line with the agreed advertising schedule, ensuring all content is supplied in a timely manner and adhering to group standards.
• To assist in the supply of PR to all trade media contacts.
• Ensure all relevant technical marketing materials are utilised and communicated at both internal, motor factor and workshop level.
• Responsible for all new to range marketing across trade media including the supply of regular PR, monthly email newsletters, social media content and the creation of promotional flyers.
• Assist in the creation, printing and stock of all product related literature ensuring a consistent supply of material is available for Sales Team use.
• To be responsible for the creation and update of all product presentations.
• To manage image agreements with customers and supply product images as required.
• Creation and supply of product related social media content to Social Media & Events Team.
• Support Group Marketing activities through the application of group standards
Skills & Qualifications required are:
*Educated to GCSE Standard.
Experience and Characteristics required are:
• The ideal candidate will have some marketing experience (1 year+) or relevant qualifications in Marketing or similar at either A, BTEC, Apprenticeship or Degree level.
• Advanced use of the Adobe Suite preferably in Photoshop & Indesign however training can be provided.
• Creative and technical copywriting skills with the ability to proofread all material before final signoff.
• Extremely organised and able to work to deadlines.
