Role Responsibilities *Manage a portfolio of personal tax clients, including ultra-high-net-worth individuals, owner-managed businesses, and internationally mobile individuals
*Provide technical tax advice on a range of issues, including income tax, CGT, inheritance tax, and residency matters
*Handle compliance matters, preparing complex annual tax returns and ensuring adherence to current tax laws
*Liaise regularly with clients, tax authorities, and third parties on a wide variety of personal and business tax matters
*Support and supervise junior team members, contributing to their technical development
*Work on consultancy and advisory projects, providing high-quality tax advice
*Conduct technical research and assist other departments within the firm with tax queries

Candidate Requirements *ATT/CTA or ACA/CTA qualification with relevant personal tax experience within a professional services environment
*Strong technical skills and up-to-date knowledge of personal and business tax issues
*Experience in building strong relationships with both clients and colleagues
*Proactive problem solver with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills
*Ability to mentor and support junior team members, promoting a collaborative team environment
