Administrator

Pertemps have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Administrator to join an exclusive catering company based in Andover. This is a full time; permanent position and the successful candidate will need to be able to work flexible hours.

Administrator Duties:
- Supporting the Chief Operating Officer with all administration duties
- Assisting with ensuring the compliance requirements for the kitchen, ensuring checks for audits are carried out in a timely manner.
- Supporting the customer relations team as and when needed
- Updating system regarding staffing, shifts and annual leave
- Taking notes during a variety of meetings
- Supporting a variety of projects with administrative duties
- Maintaining a high level of confidentiality
- Occasionally working from Stansted site as and when required to support the COO

Administrator Requirements:
- Excellent administrative experience
- Strong self stater, able to prioritise workload
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible approach to working due to the nature of the business.
- Full clean driving licence is desirable

Administrator Package:
- 40 hours a week but this can be a variety of days across the week including weekend
- Core hours are 9am - 5.30pm, but flexibility is required
- Salary of £26,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
