Business Analyst - Digital Government Transformation
Location: London (Hybrid)
Contract: 6 Months
Rate: £550 per day (Inside IR35)

About the Role: We’re seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our client’s digital team, playing a crucial role in transforming UK government digital services.

Key Responsibilities:
*Drive digital transformation initiatives through detailed analysis and recommendations
*Lead comprehensive workshop analyses and deep-dive projects, producing evidence-based reports combining quantitative data with qualitative insights
*Develop and optimize business processes that will shape organizational future
*Foster strong partnerships across the business through effective communication and workshop facilitation
*Support the Digital, Data and Technology function in monitoring and realizing transformation benefits
Required Skills & Experience:
*Strong business analysis expertise with proven ability to: *Investigate and analyze complex business challenges
*Define clear requirements through structured approaches
*Lead process improvement initiatives
*Design and implement effective business changes



*Demonstrated capability in: *User experience analysis and requirements prioritization
*Data-driven decision making and presentation
*Managing multiple data sources and extracting meaningful insights
*Translating complex information into clear, actionable communications
*Working efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality
*Building strong stakeholder relationships across organizational boundaries
