Job Description:
Location: Poole
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week, office based
Salary: £22K to £26K depending on experience
Benefits: 25 days holidays, Auto Enrolment pension
My client is now seeking an experienced Paralegal to provide legal support and administration to their Commercial Property and Residential Conveyancing teams in Poole. This is a great role for someone who has a desire to progress into a qualified legal role in the future. The successful candidate will have a genuine interest in the property market. You will support a busy Associate Solicitor and be part of a small but strong team of brilliant people.
Key Responsibilities of the Paralegal:
*Typing client care letters
*Legal research
*Attending to clients on a daily basis either by telephone or face to face
*Reviewing diary for appointments
*Dealing with initial enquiries
*Assisting with the legal advice
Requirements of the Paralegal:
*Genuine interest in the property market
*Ideally be studying CILEx or Law (but not essential)
*Good organisational skills
*Strong communication skills
*Excellent attention to detail
*Professional appearance
*Exercise a high degree of common sense
*Ability to use initiative
*Strong organizational skills
*Proficient with MS Office applications
