Role Responsibilities
*Leading and managing audit assignments to produce high-quality files
*Overseeing day-to-day work on client engagements and mentoring team members
*Reviewing assignments, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring deadlines are met
*Acting as the key point of contact for clients, discussing progress, financial insights, and business challenges
*Monitoring profitability, billings, and collections

Candidate Requirements
*ICAEW/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience, with recent UK practice-based experience
*Strong technical knowledge of audits (FRS102, UK GAAP) and audit planning
*Skilled in audit and accounting software, with familiarity in CCH software being advantageous
*Previous experience leading audit teams, mentoring junior staff, and managing multiple deadlines
*Articulate communicator, confident in client meetings and written correspondence
*Self-motivated with a tenacious approach to work and attention to detail
*Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel, with some overnight stays required
