TS Recruitment are actively working with a Main Contractor who are looking to add an additional Quantity Surveyorto theirteam to work on high end housing and apartment conversions.

Job Role & Responsibilities of the Quantity Surveyor:
Key Responsibilities
*Commerciallymanage 2-3 projectssimultaneously
*Conduct site visits for cost management, including site measures, variations, and meetings
*Manage subcontractor and supplier approvalsand procurement processes
*Prepare and issue contracts
*Produce Cost Value Reports (CVRs)
*Reconcile invoices and approve payments
*Prepare and submit final accounts

*Work on luxury housing and apartment conversionsoften on listed buildings
*Involvement in new build and refurbishment projects, focusing on commercial luxury accommodation
*Property values often £500- £1 million plus

Required Knowledge & Experience
*Experience: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor
*Sector: Construction main contractor or fit out experience
*Education: Degree-level qualification is advantageous
*Skills: Strong IT and numerical proficiency
*License: Valid UK driving license
