Job Description:
Our client, a leading business in the Financial Services industry are seeking an Office Administrator to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.
Due to growth our client is looking for an Office Administrator to join the organization and provide a high level of administrative support to the business, working closely with the Directors and other teams across the company to ensure the smooth-running of the office and daily operations.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar Administration role, where you have become used to working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and attention to detail are required at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Updating and maintaining internal systems, databases and software
- Assisting with audits
- Raising and checking invoices and financial paperwork
- Maintaining files and paperwork within the office
- Being the first point of contact for client queries over the phone and via email
- Processing payments
Key Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar Administration role
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and attention to detail are required at all times
- Excellent communicator, able to liaise with colleagues and clients of all levels both over the phone, via email and face to face
- Understanding of FCA regulations would be advantageous, although not essential
- Confident picking up new software
- Ability to work well as part of a team whilst meeting deadlines on your own as well
