Year 6, KS2 Teaching Assistant - Gorton, Manchester.
Educate GM’s partner school in Gorton, Manchester is looking for a Year 6 Teaching Assistant to join their flourishing and diverse school.
The role is full-time, for the full academic year and will commence from December 2024. This great opportunity will pay £85-£105 a day, depending on experience.

In this role, you will provide support for pupils, the teacher, and the school to get the best out of each child’s day and to raise standards of achievement for all pupils (e.g. SEN,EAL, underachieving groups). You will also deliver structured lessons to small groups and on a one-to-one basis.
To be successful in this role you will need:
*A Teaching Assistant qualification or working towards one
*Experience in a UK school preferably in KS2
*Experience in delivering interventions is desirable.
*Exceptional communication skills.
*Patience & understanding.
*Enthusiasm and a passion for helping children excel.
*Great behaviour management.
*Positive attitude
All candidates must have:
*A valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check (DBS)
*Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible, and any employment breaks must be explained.
*You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
