Job Description:
Administrator - Cambridge NHS
Service Care Solutions are currently seeking an Administrator to work within Cambridge NHS on a full-time basis. This is a temporary contract for 6 months+ with the possibility of extension.
*Pay: £13.50 PAYE inc.
*Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities: *Reception Duties: *Managing the airlock for service users, visitors, and staff.
*Administrative Support: *Organising clinics, meetings, and appointments.
*Maintaining and updating patient records, including filing and scanning.
*Word processing various types of correspondence, reports, and summaries as required.
*Minute Taking: *Preparing agendas and recording minutes for meetings.
*Diary Management: *Efficiently managing staff diaries and schedules.
*Data Input: *Inputting and updating service user and team activity information in computerised systems.
*Creating service user notes when necessary.
*Liaison: *Proactively contacting internal and external teams for service user information.
*General Requests: *Addressing staff and service user inquiries.
