*Implement quality control systems and processes, and monitor their effectiveness.
*Lead, mentor and motivate the quality assurance team to achieve targets and improve performance.
*Collaborate with other departments to enhance quality and efficiency in production.
*Investigate and resolve any issues relating to product quality.
*Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high quality standards.
*Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in quality assurance.
*Contribute to the continuous improvement initiatives within the company.
Profile
A successful Deputy Quality Manager should have:
*A Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field.
*Strong knowledge of quality assurance and continuous improvement methods.
*Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*The ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Job Offer
*Competitive salary ranging from £39000 per annum.
*Contributory pension on a salary sacrifice arrangement, with 5% Employee and 5% Employer contribution.
