The Opportunity:
Our Business Support specialism in Cardiff is flourishing. Due to continued growth and success, we need a Senior Recruiter to join our team. You’ll be part of a well-established team of high achievers who are eager to share their knowledge and support you. The Business Support specialism covers a range of commercial vacancies, from administrators and receptionists to customer service advisors, sales consultants, and senior-level managers.
Key Responsibilities:
*Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle
*Strategic business development - B2B sales calls & written sales
*Networking with clients and candidates both virtually and face-to-face
*Using LinkedIn Recruiter to map clients and candidates
*Sourcing and matching candidates to clients, arranging interviews/meetings
*Negotiating and closing deals with clients and candidates
Required Skills and Attributes:
*Resilience and a dedication to succeed
*Ability to prioritize multiple demands while delivering fast-paced service excellence
*Financially motivated and career-driven
*Commercial awareness and negotiation skills
