We are seeking an IT Service Desk Engineer for our global client who are based in Aberdeen. Join this dynamic team and become a crucial part of this IT service. You will be delivering exceptional Level 1 and some level 2 support to users, ensuring seamless operations across the board. If you have a good understanding of Office 365, you will be able to get involved in many areas.

*Service Desk first line support experience within a team
*Ticket management system experience
*Deploying hardware with image builds as and when required
*Competent in using MS Office Software
*Customer focused
*Strong communication skills
*Strong Problem Solving Skills
*Have a "can do" attitude at all times.
