The successful candidate will lead the technical department, drive quality standards, and work collaboratively across both low-risk and high-care production areas. Technical Manager Responsibilities Include:
*Food Safety & Compliance: *Leading HACCP reviews and food safety culture initiatives.
*Managing QMS validations, including allergen and metal detection.
*Ensuring daily compliance through micro screenings and calibration schedules.

*Operational Oversight: *Overseeing pest control programs and hygiene functions.
*Handling customer complaints, traceability audits, and supplier NCR submissions.
*Driving stock accuracy improvements and ensuring seamless site operations.

*Team Leadership: *Training and developing the Quality Manager team with professional development plans.
*Conducting performance reviews and fostering a high-performing team environment.

The Ideal Candidate: The company is looking for someone with:
*Expert Knowledge: A deep understanding of food safety systems, HACCP, and factory standards.
*Proven Leadership: Experience managing teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
*Key Skills: Strong communication, sound judgment, and the ability to perform under pressure.
*Qualifications: HACCP Level 4 and Food Safety Level 4 certifications are essential.
A positive, "can-do" attitude and a willingness to embrace challenges are vital. Experience leading site audits will be highly valued.
