Job Description:
Mbf are working with one of the UKs largest & most successful Financial Planning and Investment Management organisations to recruit an experienced & qualified Paraplanner. Our client is a prestigious business that has an outstanding reputation, they are an award-winning national firm who have offices across the country.
The client is a forward thinking, modern wealth manager and as a result they are able to offer flexible working options including once a week in the office, once a fortnight and potentially once a month for the right individual.

The focus of this role will be to provide 1-2-1 support to a very successful Senior Financial Planner/Director. The position will provide thorough technical support to the Planner and will have regular contact with HNW & UHNW clients. Should you want to, you will have the opportunity to attend client meetings with the planner and have a genuine impact on the advice journey.
The role:
*Conduct thorough analysis of client financial situations and goals, leveraging technical expertise to develop comprehensive financial plans
*Collaborate with financial advisors and clients to gather necessary information and documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data
*To write client reports and detailed suitability letters, including client reviews, within agreed timescales/quality standards
*Conduct in-depth research on products, market trends, and regulatory changes to stay informed and provide up-to-date advice to clients and advisors
*Continuously enhance technical knowledge and skills through professional development
*Work very closely with Financial Planners on a daily basis
To be considered:
*Level 4 Diploma as a minimum
*3+ years’ experience within a Paraplanning role
*Proven ability to develop and maintain long term, trusted working relationships with Financial Planners and other colleagues at all levels
*Must have detailed knowledge of the Financial Planning industry
Our client provides first class on the job training, support for market exams and they activity encourage progression - as a result they have minimal staff turnover. They are offering a very competitive package: Basic salary to £50,000 + excellent bonus, generous holiday entitlement, pension, PHI, DIS, critical illness cover and much more.
