Training Administrator

Are you an organized and proactive individual with administrative experience? Do you excel in providing exceptional customer care and managing multiple tasks? We have an exciting opportunity for a Training Administrator to join our team and facilitate training arrangements for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Manage Training Requirements: Oversee all aspects of arranging and maintaining training for client employees, including course bookings, scheduling, and certification.

•    Handle Enquiries: Answer incoming calls and respond to emails and training enquiries promptly.

•    Client Interaction: Proactively communicate with clients, delegates, and third-party training providers.

•    Build Relationships: Develop strong working relationships with designated clients.

•    Customer Care: Provide world-class customer care at all times.

•    Assist with Reports: Help with weekly reports to clients and third parties.

•    System Updates: Assist with weekly system updates.
