Day-to-day of the role: *Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement within the sales team.
*Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to both new hires and existing staff.
*Create engaging learning materials such as presentations, manuals, and interactive activities.
*Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
*Collaborate with sales team leaders to identify training needs and customise programs accordingly.
*Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure training content is relevant and effective.
*Provide one-on-one coaching and support to sales team members as needed.
*Monitor and report on the progress of trainees and the impact of training initiatives.
*Foster a positive learning environment that encourages growth and skill development.
*Facilitate workshops, role-plays, and simulations to reinforce learning and improve performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar role.
*Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
*Excellent communication and presentation skills.
*Ability to create engaging and effective training materials.
*Proficiency in using training software and tools.
*Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and evaluate outcomes.
*Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
