Continuous Improvement Engineer
Location: Liversedge
Salary: In the region of £45,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement (CI) Engineer with a proven track record of delivering impactful CI projects. This role goes beyond technical support-you will take the lead in driving initiatives that significantly enhance our manufacturing processes.
Joining our clients well-established manufacturing organisation, you will receive a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, a comprehensive benefits package, and a bonus scheme.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead and deliver Continuous Improvement (CI) projects across various departments to enhance productivity and efficiency.
*Identify opportunities for improvement within the manufacturing process and implement effective solutions.
*Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies to reduce waste, improve processes, and optimize operations.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation.
*Monitor, measure, and report on project performance, ensuring CI initiatives meet set objectives.
Requirements
*Proven experience in delivering CI projects within a manufacturing environment.
*A minimum of 3-5 years of industry experience in a similar role-this position is not suitable for recent graduates.
*Strong knowledge of CI methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and related tools.
*Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
*A proactive mindset with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions effectively.
