Job Description:
Looking for a corporate receptionist with experience in a financial or professional service environment who is looking to ascertain a temp booking with the aim of a fixed-term contract, with previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant required.
Pay Rate: £14p/h
You will be required to:
*Operate a busy switchboard.
*Schedule meetings, diaries and email inbox’s.
*Strong client-based interaction skills, being the first point of contact and face of the business.
*Be approachable and happy to work on any ad hoc duties required
*A degree would be ideal.
