Job Description:
Workshop Controller
Basic £35,000 / OTE £45,000
No Weekends, Monday - Friday
Prestige Main Dealer Group - Cheshire
C&B Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced automotive Workshop Controller to join a busy and well respected main dealer group in Cheshire.
You will need previous experience working as a workshop controller within a dealership environment with a proven track record.
Workshop Controller Role Overview:
• Assisting the Service manager in running the workshop.
• Attend and participate in performance related management/team meetings
• Establish staff training needs; communicate training requests
• Coordinate and schedule work for the technician’s.
• Ensuring a strong relationship is maintained with the parts department to maximise parts
• availability.
• Handle customer complaints immediately and according to company guidelines.
• Liaising with other Managers to ensure all responsibilities are covered on a daily basis.
Workshop Controller Requirements:
• Experience working as a workshop controller/assistant service manager within the Motortrade.
• Proven track record.
• Stable Career history.
• Full driving license is required.
