Sales Administrator and Stock Control Support
Smethwick
Permanent, full-time
Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm
£26,000 per annum plus monthly and Quarterly bonuses
Start date: January 2nd 2025
Pertemps are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Sales and Purchasing Administrator to join our clients growing and friendly team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing day to day sales and purchase orders, liaising with customers/suppliers and managing the stock across two arms of their business. You will possess a can do attitude and be able to work both with guidance and under their own initiative. If you have experience within Sales Administration and Stock Management then this could be the role for you!
Responsibilities of the Internal Sales Administrator and Stock Support: *Booking goods onto stock management system with warehouse
*Inputting sales and purchase orders
*Processing invoices and delivery notes
*Monitor/Analyse stock against sales to spot trends
*Liaising with customers and suppliers
*Chasing late orders and payments
*Tracking inventory levels
*Booking goods onto carrier systems
*Maintain accurate records of stock levels and locations
*Support business processes
*General administration/filing
Requirements for the Internal Sales Administrator and Stock Support: *Previous experience in an office environment (essential)
*Understanding of Microsoft office (essential)
*Good telephone manner (essential)
*Understanding of Sage Line 50 (or similar accounting software) (desirable)
*Familiarity with stock management is desirable
