We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting project operations, maintaining accurate records, and delivering exceptional service to clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities: *Efficiently use the company’s internal ERP system to manage project workflows.
*Analyse client requirements and specifications to produce precise and tailored quotes.
*Handle the creation of sales orders, logistics scheduling, and invoicing.
*Perform accurate and timely data entry.
*Foster and maintain positive relationships within the team, company, and with customers.
*Collaborate and communicate effectively with project team managers to ensure successful project delivery.
About You: *Proficient in Microsoft programs, particularly Excel.
*Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
*A proactive team player with strong communication abilities.
*Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, but full training will be provided.
