Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire
Role Overview: As a Research and Development Brew Tester, you’ll play a pivotal role in our innovation journey. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive testing of our brewing experiments, ensuring accuracy and precision. Collecting and recording quality data during the brewing process. Logging and organising test results in Excel spreadsheets for further analysis. Collaborating with our R&D team to develop new brew recipes and optimize existing ones. Identifying areas for improvement and helping implement changes to enhance brew quality.
A genuine passion for brewing and a keen interest in quality control. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate data. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to analyse and present your findings. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively. An adaptable and proactive approach to problem-solving.
What We Offer: Ongoing work and standard days shifts. Monday -Thursday 8-4pm and Friday 3.15pm. Hourly rate £11.94
