CONVEYANCING ASSISTANTS – SHEFFIELD
Job Title: Conveyancing Assistant
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000k

THE ROLE
In this role, you will work closely with the Residential Conveyancing team, providing vital support to Conveyancers in managing property transactions.
Key Responsibilities: *Assist fee-earners in managing a varied caseload of property transactions from start to finish.
*Prepare and issue initial documentation to clients in a timely manner.
*Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and mortgage lenders at every stage of the transaction.
*Conduct property searches and assist with client on boarding.
*Provide administrative support, including data entry and file management.
*Monitor the progress of cases and proactively follow up to ensure files are moving forward as required.
*Ensure all files meet regulatory compliance standards.
*Deliver excellent service to clients by providing regular updates and keeping them informed throughout the process.
This role is offered on a Hybrid basis, based at my clients office in Sheffield.
What you’ll bring *Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
*Ability to manage a busy workload and work well under pressure.
*A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy.
*IT literate, with experience using relevant software.
*Friendly, approachable, and professional, in line with our company values, with a welcoming attitude to both clients and colleagues.
