Role Overview
Providing accurate and timely quotations to customers for products and accessories.
Supporting customers with inquiries and re-routing them to the appropriate department or responsible person when necessary.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with the companies colleagues to maximise sales revenue and deliver excellent customer service.
Maintaining accurate customer contact records within the company’s CRM system.
Assisting the wider sales team with ongoing tenders and sales administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities

Person specification
Essential:
Drive, self-motivated and proactive
Sales administration experience
Microsoft Office proficiency
Desirable:
BSc Chemistry or related
