Outreach Worker

Salary: £24-25k

Location: Roles available across Essex

Contract type: Permanent

Weekly hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

Are you passionate about supporting others to live independently? As an Outreach Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals thrive in their homes, maintaining their tenancies, and overcoming challenges. You’ll work with people facing mental health difficulties and other health-related issues providing support

Key Responsibilities:

*Provide tailored support to customers living in independent accommodation
*Help individuals maintain their tenancies and achieve personal goals
*Deliver both pre-tenancy guidance and ongoing support around welfare benefits
*Collaborate with a team of professionals and senior managers to ensure the success of our Support Service
*Develop services based on the views and needs of our customers

What We’re Looking For:

*Demonstrable experience in providing housing management or support services, either professionally or on a voluntary basis
*Experience working with people who have mental health issues and/or other health-related concerns
*A strong understanding of housing support needs and benefits
*A full UK driving licence
