An experienced motor trade Used Car Sales Manager is required for a franchised dealership in Peterborough, part of a well established group.The successful candidate must have a background in the franchised motor industry as a Sales Manager, with the ability to make an immediate and sustainable impact as well as recruit, train and motivate a large and very professional sales team. The candidate should be a process driven, dynamic individual who is able to lead and motivate from the front. Key responsibilities include maintaining sales turnover, profitability, performance against target, customer satisfaction and retention.
