Job Description:
Our client is a leading online fashion retailer known for its unique designs, exceptional quality, and ethical manufacturing practices. They are seeking a talented and experienced E-commerce Manager to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
*Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse website performance using web analytics tools to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
*Promotional Strategy: Develop and implement effective promotional strategies across various channels to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximise sales.
*SEO Optimisation: Optimise website content and structure to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
*CRM and CRO: Implement and manage CRM and CRO strategies to enhance customer retention, loyalty, and overall website experience.
*Site Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of the brand’s websites, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance.
*Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
*Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify industry trends, best practices, and potential opportunities.
Ideal Candidate:
*Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the fashion industry.
*Strong understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify).
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail.
*Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
