Job Description:
Are you currently a Sales Manager looking for a new opportunity? Our client a multi office, independent Estate Agent with offices across Essex are looking for an experienced and efficient Sales Manager to join their busy office in Chigwell.
The company have built a reputation with a team of experienced professionals who work hard to make sure that they understand exactly what the client wants. Customer service is the most important aspect of what the company does, together with their superior knowledge of the property market, they provide expert advice to create a tailored service that puts the individual client first. They understand the importance of communication at every stage of the process, and pride themselves on their open and friendly attitude.
The successful candidate must be a target driven team player and have Sales Manager experience within Estate Agency. You must be able to motivate the team throughout the sales process, with any guidance and support needed with working towards quarterly office targets.
You must hold a full UK driving licence and have your own car, and live within 40 minutes of the office during peak times.
Salary package and benefits for the role of Sales Manager include:
*Basic £28,000
*OTE £40,000 +
*3% Office Commission
*10% Commission on Personal Banking
*5% extra commission when hitting quarterly target
*Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturdays 9am - 5pm (day back in lieu when worked, so 5 day working week) (one Saturday off a month)

Responsibilities for the role of Sales Manager include:
*Leading from the front
*Managing and inspiring the sales team
*Assisting the team on achieving personal targets
*Conducting valuations and winning business
*Meeting targets
*Drive business profitability
*Maintain client relationships
*Ability to coach and develop the team
The skills required for the role of Sales Manager include:
*Strong understanding of the Estate Agency industry including track record in listing and winning business
*Proven experience in residential sales
*Sales and target driven
*Confidence with the ability to build trust and rapport
*Well-spoken with good telephone manner
*Leadership qualities
*Ability to motivate and guide a team
*Must hold a full UK driving licence and be a car owner
