Job Description:
This exciting role as a Production Manager offers the opportunity to lead a team in the Engineering & Manufacturing Department within the business. Your focus will be on bespoke and batch manufacturing.

Description
As Production Manager you will be tasked with the following;
*Oversee the production processes and make necessary decisions to ensure optimal efficiency.
*Manage a team of professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
*Ensure all products meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
*Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in production processes.
*Coordinate with other departments for smooth operation and timely delivery of services.
*Prepare and maintain production reports for upper management.
*Manage production budgets and ensure cost-efficiency.
Profile
A successful Production Manager should have:
*Experience leading a team in a production environment.
*Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry regulations.
*An ability to strategise and solve problems.
*Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and other departments.
*Certification in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or related methodologies is a plus.
*Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick, data-driven decisions.
*Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Job Offer
The package on offer as Production Manager is as follows;
*An annual salary range of approximately £40,000 - £45,000.
