Part Time Fund Accountant, £40-50,000 for full time
Are you a qualified Accountant looking for a challenging role? Do you live in the Harrogate, Leeds, York area?
This is a newly created role to bring all accountancy back in-house working for a business that have a strong reputation in the property sector.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accountant to join a highly motivated finance and reporting team.
The company has a flexible but hard-working approach and maintains a lively and excellent working environment.
Skills Required:
• Ideally you will be a qualified accountant
• Property experience advantageous
• Ability to work fully remote
• Must live in the Harrogate, York, Leeds area
• You should have excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Must be able to work with individuals from many different cultures and be able to fit into a tightly knit team.
Responsibilities:
• Part of a new accounting team reporting to the Head of Finance
• Primary objective is to take responsibility to produce consolidated accounts for various groups within the organisation.
• Bookkeeping on Sage
• Creating the consolidated quarterly reporting including all usual consol adjustments, accruals, interest calculations etc.
• Liaising with third party accountants to obtain quarterly reporting to include in the consolidated workbooks.
• Annual consolidated financial statements
In return you will be offered:
• Fully remote role
• 3 day working week
