Job Description:
Data Platform Tester - £550 Per Day Outside IR35 – Fully Remote
Overview:
An excellent contract opportunity has arisen with our client, a market leading financial services organisation. They are currently going through a major digital transformation project and require a Automation Tester to join their dynamic team on a fully remote basis.
Role & Responsibilities:
*Design, develop and apply automated testing strategies
*Analyse and verify best practices in automated testing and execute acceptance, integration, installation, and system testing
*Develop and configure test automation networks and execute stability and performance tests.
*Record test results, report and verify software bug fixes to accept automation criteria
*Oversee performance testing and present results for validation and analysis to Software Engineering teams
*Work with the Software Engineering team and DevOps to ensure timely delivery of features and applications for QA and production releases
Tech stack:
*Playwright / TypeScript
*ETL process testing
*API testing
*Python
*Excel / Access VBA
*Manual testing
*This is a challenging role that requires good software development and problem solving skills
Contract details:
*6 month contract
*£450 - £550 per day - Outside IR35
*Fully remote
