Location: Aylesbury
Salary: Up to £50,129 per annum plus £2,750 market premium

About the Role As Assistant Team Manager, you’ll play a vital role in the Children in Care Team, working closely with the Team Manager to:
*Provide strong leadership and supervision to social work staff.
*Oversee casework, ensuring compliance with statutory responsibilities.
*Deliver a child-centred approach that achieves positive outcomes.

What We’re Looking For We’d love to hear from experienced social workers who:
*Hold a recognised social work qualification and are registered with HCPC/SWE.
*Have completed their ASYE and have at least 3 years’ post-qualification experience.
*Can demonstrate leadership experience within a statutory children’s service.
*Are committed to empowering children, young people, and families.
