Key Responsibilities:

" Provide excellent customer service to all tenants and visitors.
" Build and strengthen relationships with existing and potential customers to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Sales Support:
" Conduct viewings of available spaces to support sales efforts.
" Communicate effectively with potential customers, showcasing our offerings.
Team Collaboration:
" Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless operations.
" Step up as a leader in the absence of the Assistant Centre Manager.
Marketing and Community Engagement:
" Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company to customers and the public.
" Assist in organizing marketing events to build communities and create new relationships with stakeholders.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:

" Ability to upsell and promote
