We have an exclusive interim opportunity with a growing SME in Bath, seeking someone to join their team on a full-time, interim basis. The role will focus on day-to-day financial operations-ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, operational finance environment.
Interim Finance Manager - Immediate Start - Bath (Exclusive with Robert Half)
Location: Bath, UK
Role Type: Interim (Full-time, 5 days per week)
Industry: Manufacturing/Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting, reporting, and cash flow management.
*Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to the senior leadership team.
*Manage financial accounting processes and internal controls.
*Work closely with the accounts team to ensure smooth operations.
*Assist in driving process improvements within the finance function.
What You’ll Need:
*Immediate availability and based locally to Bath (ideal for local candidates or those in commuting distance).
*Previous experience in a Manufacturing or Engineering environment is a bonus.
*Hands-on experience with financial management (reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and forecasting).
*CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified or equivalent experience.
*Strong organisational skills, with an ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
