Salary: Up to £44,569 per annum plus a £2,750 market premium (Grade 7)

Buckinghamshire Council is seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our thriving Children in Care team. About the Role As a Social Worker, you’ll work with children living with relatives, foster families, or in care settings, focusing on building meaningful relationships and championing their potential. Key responsibilities include:
*Conducting regular visits, assessments, and care plan reviews.
*Preparing reports and attending court when required.
*Collaborating with Health Services, CAMHS, IROs, and carers.
*Advocating for children’s wishes and needs.
Our team follows the Strengthening Families Framework, a strengths-based, relationship-focused approach to assessments, care plans, and case management.
