Job Description:
Position: Part-Time HR Administrator
Duration: 10 months (potentially 12/13 months)Start: ASAP
Salary: £30,000 FTE (£22,400 pro-rata)
Hours: 24-28 hours per week, 6-7 hours per day across 4 days (1 day from home)
Flexibility: Flexible days and flexitime with start and finish times (start by 10am) Key Responsibilities:
*Payroll Management: Input submission, overtime processing, and monthly changes.
*HR Metrics Reporting: Generate and analyse various HR reports.
*HR Inbox Management: Handle and respond to HR-related queries.
*Contract Processing: Manage and process contract changes.
*Reward Administration
Required Experience:
*CIPD Level 3 Certification (desirable not essential)
*Previous HR Administration Experience
*IT Skills
*Attention to Detail: Essential for accurate payroll and reporting tasks.
Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong payroll experience and a background in HR administration. The ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy in reporting is crucial. Flexibility in working hours and the ability to work from home one day a week are added benefits.
