Business Development Manager
Remote – UK
£55-70k + Commission
Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be working with a forward- thinking SaaS company operating in the eLearning / Learning Management Solutions (LMS) sector to recruit a Business Development Manager. About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving new business growth. Your mission will be to identify opportunities, build strong relationships, and position the organisation as the go-to provider for tailored training solutions. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, you’ll craft and implement strategies that attract clients, expand reach, and secure lasting partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
*Identify and secure new clients needing bespoke eLearning/ LMS.
*Develop and execute sales strategies to meet ambitious targets.
*Stay ahead of trends, analyse competitors, and spot market gaps.
*Understand client challenges and present the ideal solution.
*Prepare persuasive presentations that showcase our expertise.
*Partner with marketing to design impactful lead-generation initiatives.
*Track progress, report on goals, and ensure CRM systems are up to date.
*Gather market feedback to enhance sales strategies and offerings.
What We’re Looking For
*Proven success selling Software as a Service (SaaS).
*Strong sales methodology training i.e. Meddic
*Experience within B2B sales, ideally in HR, training or eLearning/ LMS.
*Experience developing and executing sales strategies.
*A proactive, results-driven mindset with a knack for building strong client relationships.
*Market knowledge and proficiency in CRM systems.
*Resilience, adaptability, and excellent time management.
