Main purpose of the role/Key objectives
To be responsible for an assortment of electrical installations across site
Accountabilities
*Production of high-quality components to the required specification and standards, in line with the S.O.P
*Adherence to all safety protocols and procedures
*Successful collaboration with team members to ensure an efficient and effective production process
*Ensure any quality or safety issue is reported appropriately
*Comply with all Enlight10’s ISO requirements such as following company policies and procedures, attending compulsory training sessions and actively working towards objectives
Roles and Responsibilities
*Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production
*Assist in the production of high-quality components
*Use hand and power tools to shape, cut and assemble wood components
*Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including cleaning tools and work areas
*Adhere to safety protocols and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment
*Report any safety concerns to the Supervisor/Factory Manager
Key Skills
*ECS Gold Card Requirement - 2391 Testing Preferable
*Demonstrable problem solving skills
*Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
*Strong attention to detail
*Good communication and interpersonal skills
