Job Description:
HSEQ Coordinator
Location: Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent
Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £35,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, the successful candidate will:
*Maintain all external certifications, including ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, IATF 16949, AS 9100D, and GMP.
*Host and support 2nd and 3rd party audits and inspections for all management systems.
*Assist departmental managers in creating and maintaining process definitions and work instructions.
*Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with management systems.
*Manage non-conformities, ensuring their timely completion and closure.
*Participate in management system and site-related meetings, including recording and reporting meeting minutes.
*Perform KPI trend analysis and investigate customer complaints.
*Collect and analyze site data, preparing reports to support internal decision-making.
*Lead and coordinate internal investigations and problem-solving activities.
*Work closely with departmental managers to ensure customer expectations and regulatory requirements are met.
*Drive continuous improvement projects to support the achievement of strategic goals.
*Maintain high standards of housekeeping throughout the facility.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have:
*Strong administrative skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
*Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize workload with great attention to detail.
*Internal or lead auditor training.
*Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
*Previous experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly with management systems.
