Job Description:
* Client Management:
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
*Develop and present tailored recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
*Provide consultative advice on market trends, hiring practices, and salary benchmarks.
* Candidate Sourcing & Engagement:
*Source, screen, and interview candidates using various platforms and methods (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
*Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit for client roles.
*Manage the candidate journey, ensuring a positive experience throughout the process.
* Business Development:
*Identify and target potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
*Negotiate terms of business with clients to secure profitable agreements.
*Develop a pipeline of new clients and maintain an active database of leads.
* Placement Coordination:
*Match qualified candidates with appropriate client vacancies.
*Schedule interviews and facilitate communication between clients and candidates.
*Provide post-placement support and follow-up to ensure satisfaction for both parties.
* Administrative Duties:
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company’s CRM system.
*Prepare job descriptions, candidate profiles, and client proposals.
*Ensure compliance with legal and ethical recruitment standards.
