We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable T Level Accounting Lecturer to join a thriving college in Leeds. This full-time role is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in delivering the new T Level Accounting qualifications, ensuring students gain the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the industry.
Requirements *Relevant qualifications in Accounting or a related field (Degree or equivalent).
*Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed) or willingness to work towards one.
*Proven experience in teaching Accounting at post-16 or higher levels.
*Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities *Deliver high-quality teaching and learning for T Level Accounting students.
*Develop engaging lesson plans and resources aligned with the curriculum.
*Provide constructive feedback to students, supporting their academic and professional growth.
*Assess coursework and exams in line with college standards.
*Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning experience and maintain high achievement rates.
