The role:
*Work closely with clients to draft and review employment contracts, policies, and procedures tailored to their needs.
*Offer practical advice on workplace disputes, employee relations, and HR issues.
*Support businesses through tricky situations like reorganisations, redundancies, and compliance challenges.
*Help companies manage employment law issues during mergers, acquisitions, and sales, ensuring they meet all legal requirements while protecting their interests.
Key Responsibilities:
*Solid experience in employment law with a track record of handling a variety of workplace issues.
*Strong communication and problem-solving skills—you’ll need to explain complex legal concepts in a way that makes sense to clients.
*A proactive, hands-on approach to helping businesses navigate their challenges.
