Denholm Associates invites you to join an innovative, Edinburgh-based B2B SaaS technology company as their new Marketing Manager.
AI-driven technology, combined with a skilled, multilingual team, helps their international client portfolio safeguard their companies every day.
Job Purpose:
We’re seeking a commercially experienced Marketing Manager to contribute to demand generation efforts, ensuring that all marketing channels drive high-quality leads to the sales team. You’ll be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of marketing activities aimed at maximizing brand visibility and converting prospects into Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
You will collaborate closely with leadership, sales, and client teams, while managing external agencies and suppliers. A deep understanding of digital marketing tactics, content creation, and data-driven decision-making is essential, as is experience (or a willingness to learn) working with HubSpot.
Key Accountabilities:
*Revenue Growth & Client Retention: Develop strategies that drive client acquisition and loyalty.
*Brand Awareness: Elevate our brand visibility in key markets (UK, Northern Europe, USA).
*Engagement & Conversion: Implement tactics that boost prospect engagement and conversion rates.
*ROI Optimization: Continuously analyse and improve the efficiency of marketing spend.
Specific Marketing Activities:
*Create and manage a comprehensive marketing plan.
*Lead our newsletter, content creation, distribution, and performance analysis.
*Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, optimising for engagement and conversion.
*Develop and manage a rolling content calendar, coordinating content creation across channels.
*Manage social media channels to drive leads, grow followers, and increase content engagement.
*Organise and promote webinars, managing all aspects from content creation to event operations.
*Oversee website updates and campaign landing pages.
*Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all communications.
*Collaborate on SEO and SEM initiatives with external providers.
*Support advertising and PR activities as needed.
*Conduct market and competitive research to refine personas and messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
*CRM & HubSpot: Manage MQLs, nurture contacts, and provide dashboard reporting.
*Newsletter: Develop content, manage distribution, and analyse performance.
*Website: Manage content updates and assess SEO performance.
*Social media: Generate content and analyse engagement metrics.
*Blog: Produce, optimize, and review blog content.
*Case Studies: Create and distribute impactful case studies.
*Webinars: Coordinate, promote, and manage webinar events.
Knowledge, Experience & Skills:
*Proven experience in demand generation and digital marketing.
*Proficient in using marketing automation tools (experience with HubSpot is preferred).
*Strong content creation and project management skills.
*Analytical mindset with experience in measuring marketing performance.
*Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage external partners.
Compensation Package:
*Competitive salary based on experience.
*Company pension: 3% employee/5% employer contribution.
*32 days of total leave (24 days holiday + 8 public holidays).
Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid)
Hours: Monday to Friday.
