Job Description:
I have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Manager in Cippenham (Slough) - Immediate Start!
As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and environment for all children. You will lead a team of enthusiastic staff, work closely with parents, and ensure the highest standards of care and learning are maintained.
Key Responisbilities:
*Leading and managing the nursery team / Supporting the manager
*Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
*Creating and implementing engaging educational programs
*Building positive relationships with parents, children, and staff
*Managing budgets, resources, and overall nursery operations
What We’re Looking For:
*A minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent
*Previous experience in a managerial role within a nursery setting
*Strong leadership and communication skills
*A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing the best care possible

*Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:30pm) - Shifts between these hours depending on contracted hours (40 or 45 hours per week)
